Shipping Policy
Please have patience as I am still sorting out how best to ship all these different sized toys in the best, most environmentally friendly and faffless way possible. For now you might receive a repurposed cardboard box without a fancy logo on it, but hey - it's what's inside that matters. Right?
Return & Exchange Policy
If you've changed your mind or are unsatisfied with the product, please use the contact form on this site and i will make it right for you, either with an exchange or a refund. It's important to me that people like what they pay me for.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Currently there are 2 options. You can pay online with credit or debit card, or you can pay by direct bank deposit. When you place an order using this second method, I will send you an email with a confirmed price (including freight), a date that I can dispatch your order by, and provide you with my bank deposit details.
